History

Since 1976 we have been dedicated to the manufacture, installation and maintenance of PVC and aluminum systems for architecture.
The national and international experience that we have accumulated gives us a differential value that we transfer to our clients, offering knowledge and experience in studies, project design, consulting, engineering, manufacturing and installation and maintenance of windows (fenestration), doors and all above-grade wall system(s) for buildings.

Defining the future

We have created the necessary foundations to face future growth. Induplan will continue participating in national and international projects, contributing with its experience and knowledge.


Our professionals

Induplan currently has a specialized staff with an average age of 39 years. Each of our professionals accumulates more than 18 years of experience.

Training plans are a fundamental part of our human resources policy. We pursue the maintenance of the high level of training of our professionals, the updating of their general and specific work methods, and the provision of knowledge that allows us to respond to all the needs that may arise in our professional market.




During 2017, Induplan initiated the development of the Human Resources Plan to improve the capabilities of its human capital and face the company’s growth. This plan foresees a personalized development program for our professionals.

Likewise, we maintain a continuous collaboration with the education centers, facilitating the access of the young people to internship work placement and acces to to the labor market.
